SBA Delays Effective Date of Small Business Investment Company Rule
The Small Business Administration (SBA) has delayed the effective date of its final rule on Small Business Investment Companies (SBIC) from January 27, 2017 to May 20, 2017, following a review of the rule and a request from the White House to reconsider the changes.
