Rural Utilities Service Amends Regulations to Prioritize Loans for Recently Merged Electric Companies

The Rural Utilities Service is updating its rules to give the Administrator more authority to prioritize loan processing for newly merged electric companies, enabling them to grant or decline priority or limited loan applications, and ultimately increase the number of loans provided to these companies.
