Laidlaw Inc. Seeks Acquisition of Control of Seeley's Bus Lines Ltd.

Laidlaw Inc. has filed an application with the U.S. Department of Transportation to acquire indirect control of Seeley's Bus Lines Ltd., a motor passenger carrier, and is seeking to gain control through its indirectly controlled subsidiary, Laidlaw Transit Ltd.
