DOT Revises Definitions of Revenue and Nonrevenue Passengers

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is updating its definitions of revenue and nonrevenue passengers to align with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), eliminating the need for air carriers to report two sets of traffic enplanement statistics.
