FERC Requests Comments on New Hydropower Licensing Process Proposals

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is seeking public comments on two proposals for a new hydropower licensing process, developed by the Interagency Hydropower Committee (IHC) and the National Review Group (NRG), with a public forum scheduled for November 7, 2002.
