NMFS Announces Changes to Oregon Sport Halibut Fisheries Regulations

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is expanding the sport halibut fishing season off the central Oregon coast to allow Oregon anglers to catch the remaining 2002 halibut quota before the West Coast sport halibut fisheries close on September 30, 2002, with the additional days of fishing on September 18 and 19.
