EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Indoxacarb on Cranberry

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use indoxacarb on cranberry, resulting in a maximum permissible level for combined residues of indoxacarb in cranberry, which will expire on December 31, 2004.
