US EPA Establishes Tolerance for Triclopyr Residues in Fish and Shellfish

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a pesticide tolerance for combined residues of triclopyr and its metabolites, allowing Dow Agrosciences LLC to market its products on fish and shellfish under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
