EPA to Delete BMI-Textron Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 is issuing a notice of intent to delete the BMI-Textron Superfund Site in Lake Park, Florida, from the National Priorities List (NPL), and is requesting public comments on this decision, which was made after determining that all Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs) have completed all necessary response actions.
