EPA Approves New Hampshire's Delegation of Hazardous Air Pollutant Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved New Hampshire's request to implement and enforce its own standards for hazardous air pollutants, following the state's adoption of federal regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations.
