NMFS to Reopen Public Comment Period for Bottlenose Dolphin Take Reduction Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is reopening the public comment period for a proposed Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) on a Bottlenose Dolphin Take Reduction Plan (BDTRP) to reduce dolphin mortality in commercial fisheries, following public comments and requests for an extension.
