EPA Supports Plan for Ecological Integrity and Public Access, Requests Further Evaluation of Environmental Consequences

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) supports a plan to maintain the ecological integrity of the Reserve while ensuring public access and recreation opportunities, and recommends a more detailed evaluation of the environmental consequences of not taking action and the potential cumulative effects of proposed management actions.
