EPA Approves Air Quality Implementation Plan Corrections for Montana

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is making corrections to the approved State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Butte, Montana, to remove the outdated Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) SIP and correct errors in previously incorporated by reference (IBR) materials, including the recodified Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) and Federal Register documents published in 2001.
