EPA Finalizes Disapproval of Arizona State Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing a full disapproval of a revision to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan, which aims to address visible emission sources.
