National Park Service Releases Final Environmental Impact Statement for National Coal Heritage Area Management Action Plan

The National Park Service has made available a Final Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the National Coal Heritage Area (HCHA) in West Virginia, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
