Deutsche Bank AG (DB) Granted Exemptions by Department of Labor

Deutsche Bank AG (DB) has been granted exemptions by the Department of Labor from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (IRC). The exemptions were granted after a public notice and comment period, following the submission of an application for exemption.
