EPA Approves Kentucky's Vehicle Emissions Control Programs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Kentucky's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for vehicle emissions control, affecting military personnel and vehicle owners in Jefferson County, and will approve the changes as a direct final rule without prior proposal if no adverse comments are received.
