US Department of Labor Withdraws Final Rule on Labor Certification Process for Nonimmigrant Agricultural Workers

The US Department of Labor is withdrawing its 2000 Final Rule that delegated authority to adjudicate petitions for temporary agricultural worker visas, effectively reversing a shift from the Immigration and Naturalization Service to the Department of Labor.
