US Law Exempts Electronic Signatures from Recall Notices Under ESIGN Act

The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) preserves the validity of electronic signatures, but exempts them from certain product recall notices, including those issued by the US government, to protect consumer interests.
