EPA Finalizes National Emission Standards for Secondary Aluminum Production

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized amendments to the national emission standards for secondary aluminum production, following a proposal made on June 14, 2002, after withdrawing a previous direct final rule due to adverse comments. The revised standards will be implemented based on the original proposal.
