FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Bradford Regional Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to rule on an application to impose and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Bradford Regional Airport in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Federal Aviation Regulations.
