EPA Authorizes Contractor Access to Confidential Business Information Under Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and its subcontractor Creative Information Technology Inc. (CITI) access to confidential business information under the Clean Air Act, with a new address for submitting Risk Management Plans (RMPs) effective March 27, 2009.
