USDA Proposes Revisions to Peach, Plum, and Nectarine Standards

The US Department of Agriculture is proposing changes to the standards for grading peaches, plums, and nectarines, based on a review by the California Tree Fruit Agreement Task Force and discussions with industry stakeholders.
