Correction to Horse Breeder Loan Program NOFA Published July 5, 2002

The US Department of Agriculture has corrected a mistake in the Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) for the Horse Breeder Loan Program, which incorrectly penalized horse breeders who generated income from foal losses, and now uses a revised formula to calculate losses other than foal losses.
