California Air Resources Board Abandons ZEV Amendments Amidst EPA Waiver Proceeding

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has notified the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that it will no longer consider its 1999 and 2001 Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) amendments as part of the current waiver proceeding, effectively ending the public comment period on these amendments.
