Establishment of Class D Airspace at Griffiss Airpark in Rome, NY

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to establish Class D airspace at Griffiss Airpark in Rome, New York, to accommodate flights operating under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) and to support the commissioning of an Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the airport.
