Spinosad Pesticide Tolerances Established by USDA

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has established pesticide tolerance levels for various crops, including figs, grapes, and peanuts, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The tolerances were requested by the Interregional Research Project Number 4 and Elanco Animal Health, a division of Eli Lilly and Company, as part of their efforts to ensure safe use of the pesticide spinosad.
