FCC to Host Technical Conference on Standard Electricity Market Design

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is set to convene a technical conference on October 2, 2002, to discuss and develop a standard market monitoring plan to remedy undue discrimination in open access transmission service and standard electricity market design, as proposed in a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued on July 31, 2002.
