Notice of Availability of Government Owned Inventions; Available for Licensing

The U.S. Government, represented by the Secretary of the Navy, has made various inventions available for licensing by the Department of the Navy. These include U.S. Patent Applications and Navy cases related to a 'Nofoam System' for testing foam delivery systems on vehicles.
