Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation and Cedar American Rail Holdings, Inc. to Acquire Control of Iowa, Chicago & Eastern Railroad Corporation

The Surface Transportation Board is reviewing Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation's application to acquire indirect control of Iowa, Chicago & Eastern Railroad Corporation through its ownership of the latter's stock, with the goal of gaining trackage rights relief.
