EPA Announces Availability of Draft NPDES General Permit for Small MS4s in New England

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available a draft general permit for storm water discharges from small municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, as well as Indian Country lands in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
