Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program Fiscal Year 2003

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has published the final Fair Market Rents for Fiscal Year 2003, which will take effect on October 1, 2003, to determine payment standards for the Housing Choice Voucher program and initial rents for the Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy program.
