U.S. Coast Guard Announces Availability of Supplemental Environmental Assessment for National Distress and Response System Modernization Project

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public comments on the National Distress and Response System Modernization Project, which aims to modernize the Coast Guard's National Distress and Response System, following the release of a supplemental environmental assessment that updates and supplements the original environmental assessment issued in July 1998.
