Federal Government Streamlines Disaster Relief Efforts with New Assistance Program

The US government has implemented a new program, Federal Assistance to Individuals and Households, to consolidate and streamline disaster relief efforts for affected individuals and households, building on the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000.
