Sam Rayburn Dam Power Rate Schedules

The Secretary of Energy acting under sections 301(b), 302(a), 402(e), 641, 642, 643, and 644, of the Department of Energy Organization Act (P. L. 95-91) has approved and placed into effect on an interim basis Rate Order No. SWPA-49 which decreases the power rate for the Sam Rayburn Dam Project (Rayburn) pursuant to the following Sam Rayburn Dam Rate Schedule:
