Report Implementing OMB's Information Dissemination Quality Guidelines

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is issuing guidelines to implement section 515 of the Treasury and General Government Appropriations Act for FY 2001 (Pub. L. 106-554). The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has issued Government-wide guidelines under Section 515 which direct each Federal agency to establish and implement written procedures to ensure and maximize the quality, utility, objectivity and integrity of the information that they disseminate.
