The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed agreement with several companies to address hazardous waste at the Zionsville Third Site in Indiana, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1984.
