EPA Proposes Settlement with Koppers Charleston for Superfund Site Cleanup Costs

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement with Koppers Charleston (Beazer East, Inc.) for costs related to the cleanup of the Koppers Charleston Superfund Site in Charleston, South Carolina. The public has 30 days to review and comment on the proposed settlement.
