Bureau of Indian Affairs to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Oil Spill Response Facility in Alaska

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration and Eyak Native Corporation, plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Shepard Point Oil Spill Response Facility project in Cordova, Alaska, which aims to address the need for a deep-port emergency response facility in the Prince William Sound region.
