City of Honolulu to Transfer Vacant Land to Refuel City Vehicles

The City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services plans to transfer a 12,800 square foot vacant parcel of land to the Department of Facility Maintenance for use as a refueling station, following a federal exemption that allows the transfer without further obligation to the federal government.
