U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Countervailing Duty Determination on Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from South Korea

The U.S. Department of Commerce has published its final determination in a countervailing duty investigation, finding that certain cold-rolled carbon steel flat products from South Korea received a net subsidy rate of 3.23%, up from the preliminary rate of 2.89%. The final determination was published on March 4, 2002, in the Federal Register.
