Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination: Certain Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From France

The Department of Commerce has made a final determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to certain producers and exporters of certain cold-rolled carbon steel flat products from France.
