U.S. Imposes Final Duties on Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from Argentina

The U.S. Commerce Department has determined that imports of cold-rolled carbon steel flat products from Argentina are being sold at less than fair value and that critical circumstances do not exist, leading to the imposition of final duties.
