U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Study Hurricane Protection Feasibility for Louisiana Levee

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, is launching a study to assess the feasibility of building a hurricane protection levee along the Louisiana coast, from Larose to the western Davis Pond guide levee, as authorized by a 1998 House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee resolution.
