Withdrawal of Proposed Rulemaking Actions

The Department of Transportation is withdrawing several proposed rulemakings that have been superseded by more recent rulemakings or other actions, including those related to nondiscrimination, charter transportation, and transportation for individuals with disabilities. This action aims to complete or provide information on those that have been completed by other actions.
