EPA Proposes Approval of Massachusetts Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve several revisions to the Massachusetts State Implementation Plan (SIP), which establish control technology requirements for major volatile organic compound sources, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
