Poland Added to BSE-Infected Regions List

The US is adopting a final rule to add Poland to the list of regions where bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) exists, following the detection of the disease in a native-born animal in the country, and to maintain restrictions on the importation of ruminants and related products from Poland.
