EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Generic VOC and NOX RACT Regulation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Pennsylvania State Implementation Plan, requiring major sources of volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides to implement reasonably available control technology, effective immediately.
