EPA Approves Montana's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Montana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporate Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) related to conformity of federal actions with the state's air quality goals, as submitted by Montana Governor on August 26, 1999.
