EPA Stays Sanctions on Bay Area Air Quality Management District Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination to keep in place sanctions related to the approval of revised rules by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) as part of California's State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revised rules pertain to BAAQMD Rule 9-10.
